EPE FOAM (Chemical cross-linked polyethylene foam)

Made by high temperature foaming after extrusion of the well-distributed blend of melted low density polyethylene (LDPE), A C foaming agent and other powders. EPE has many good properties, such as waterproof, moisture-proof,insulation, shock absorption, cushioning, rebound elacticity,heat insulation, thermal insulation, weather resistance, anti-aging, corrosion resistance, light weight, formability, etc.

What is pe foam?

EPE ( crosslinked polyethylene foam) a chemical crosslinked polyethylene foam, with low density polyethylene resin and a crosslinking agent and foaming agent through continuous foaming and high temperature, EPE is chemically stable, difficult to decompose, odorless and flexible.

Useage

1. Soft car interior
EPE foam has the characteristics of light weight, moisture-proof, sound-proof, heat insulation and so on.It is mainly used for interior decoration, seat cushion, foot cushion, truck sleeping cushion and other cushioning materials and instrument insulation materials.

2. Green buildings
EPE foam has the characteristics of low thermal conductivity, low water absorption, good waterproof and sound insulation performance, etc. It can be used as the sound insulation, shock absorption, heat insulation and anti-seepage material for the roof, wall, foundation, etc.Using polythene foam as the floor lining can greatly reduce the sound transmission between the upper and lower floors of multi-storey buildings.It is soft, aging resistant and impermeable. It can also be used to fill joints with two uneven surfaces.It can also be used as light structure material for subway tunnel, house wall and sealing material for joint of door and window.Covering the

solidified cement with polyethylene foam sheet can prevent
the loss of heat and moisture and promote the solidification of

Applicable processing technology

1. Hot pressing: place the baking materials in the mold of a certain shape, hot pressing, cooling and shaping.
2. Blister molding: heat the mold, then put the sheet or coil material into the mold, draw out air, and cool the mold.
3. Hot bonding process: composite of materials of different materials with EPE by heating.
4. Punching process: the materials are punched into the shapes required by customers through hydraulic presses, CNC engraving machines, etc.
5. Spray film technology: PE (polyethylene) is used as the medium to compound different materials with EPE.
6. Embossing process: press the IXPE through the roller to get the grain.
